I rarely write reviews, but when a person provides me with such a high quality of service I feel It is a duty to share my experience with others. It is expected that every agent is familiar with the neighborhood, knows the process, be responsive to phone calls and emails, and helps you negotiate with the seller. I can assure you that Nolasco easily satisfied all these expectations by a large margin. However, these qualities are not the reason that made me write this review. First, during the escrow process, I had a dispute with my lender over the loan terms. Nolasco step in and helped us negotiate with the lender. Nolasco's hard work resulted in substantially better loan terms. Secondly, three weeks after escrow closed, we had a leak in the water heater. The insurance company had initially denied the claim and when it looked like we would have to pay for the costs of replacing the water heater, once again it was Nolasco to the rescue. He personally called the insurance company and had them reconsider their decision. The insurance company paid for the entire cost. I cannot be more thankful for crossing paths with such a true professional. His willingness to go the extra mile for clients is the reason why I personally recommend Nolasco as your future Realtor®. I understand now why he has such a successful real estate business because he actually cares about his clients.

I owned a property in Corona for 15 years. For some time I wanted to work with Nolasco and Berta after seeing their advertisements in the area and I am really glad I did. Initially, I contacted their team for assistance with property management. Nolasco responded quickly and immediately I felt how genuine he was. He was very helpful to provide me with contacts to assist with my concerns. The following year I decided to sell the property. I decided to work with Nolasco. My experience with him is that he is very professional, responsive, has a great work ethic and integrity, and is very experienced with the Corona area. His team also did an amazing job with staging of the property, and professional photos and video! During the whole experience, I really felt I was in good hands. He took the time to explain the steps of the process and was patient with all the questions I had. Also, I appreciated working directly with Nolasco throughout the entire experience (whose only other alternate was his wife Berta who showed the property). A very professional, we were extremely impressed. Job Well Done. Our goal was to sell the house within an extremely tight time frame, so it was very critical for us to choose the right Realtor® with knowledge in the neighborhood. Honesty was also at the top of our list. We were super impressed with their customer-first approach, and they were always on the front and center; therefore we felt we were building trust over the course of the process. Their team of stagers transformed our house and their professional photography, videography, and description of our home was amazing.
